The Seton Hall Legislative Journal will host its annual symposium on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. The Symposium will include three panel discussions and a keynote address, focusing on the newly-enacted New Jersey Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights. Panel One will focus on the law’s practical effects within schools, exploring its impact on administration, teachers, and students. Panel Two will discuss cyber-bullying, with a focus on how the Internet and social media affects bullying and anti-bullying efforts. Panel Three will explore the relationship between the law and First Amendment rights, considering where bullying ends and freedom of speech begins.
