Manuscript Submission

Note from the Editors: We are currently not accepting submissions. We will begin accepting submissions for Volume 42 in January 2010.

The Seton Hall Law Review invites the submission of unsolicited manuscripts on all legal topics. Manuscripts must be submitted in traditional footnote format.

The Seton Hall Law Review endeavors to preserve the individuality of each author's work. The Seton Hall Law Review edits articles for spelling, grammar, and citation form. Writing style and substantive structure are not revised without the express consent of the author.

Citations generally conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010).

We regret that manuscripts submitted for publication cannot be returned.

The Law Review prefers that all articles (and expedite requests) be submitted via ExpressO. If you are unable to submit your article via ExpressO, please direct your submission to:
